Return/ Refund Polices

Payment for services is expected to be paid at the time of service. ABSOLUTELY no refunds are will be issued for makeup/hair services or faux hair services.

If you are not satisfied with work done by Misty please contact her within 3 days of your service so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, Misty will make every effort to correct the problem to your satisfaction. Adjustments will be made available to you at no cost with in the 5 work days of the initial service. Please note that this guarantee is not in affect if you decide to change the desire look that you originally requested to achieve at your appointment.

Returns of retail products (not used, tampered, or altered) accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in the same form of payment in which it was purchased.

24-hour Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to our stylist. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with a one-time reschedule for you in case of an emergency, etc. However, for any future last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

 

Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

  • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)

  • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

As a courtesy, we do text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If we are unable to reach via text/and/or email, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.

 

You are always welcome to go online or text and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.

Late/Tardy Policy

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our clients’ day by delaying them who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period. After that time, we will call to check in on you. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day!

Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. Each additional patron must be booked separately. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. Disclaimer: If you do not have access to the internet I can assign you to my WAITLIST. However, doing so you understand WITHOUT A DEPOSIT/ HOLD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD we are just hypothetically speaking. Meaning, your name will be placed on this waitlist doing so you understand your time will be double booked to reduce no call no shows

 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Guarantee Products

Just as we want you to be satisfied with your hair we want you to be happy with the products you are using. We will gladly accept returns for store credit on any products within 30 days from purchase as long as retail products are (not used, tampered, or altered) accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase will be credited with our gift card.

Children Safety


Children may Not accompany clients while receiving chemical services.

Cancellations of Custom Wig Order

  • Once the customer approves their custom order, submitted deposit and order is submitted into production, modifications to the order MAY NOT be accepted. If you decide to cancel your custom order after production has began, your deposit is non-refundable. Prior to finalizing your order, please contact me with all your questions and concerns.

  • Once custom order is completed and we contact you via text and/or by text have been notified, we will allow 30 days to pay the balance. You will be contacted prior to the expiration of the 30 days to pay the balance of your order. However, if balance is left unpaid, your custom order will be sold and deposit forfeited.

Please note: * All wigs are customized and hand made for each individual. They are also made to order so please allow up to 1-2 weeks after consultation and receiving your hair to have your wig ready. This estimated processing time does not include shipping time so please plan accordingly. If you want your wig ready quicker, please allow up to 3-5 days after consultation and receiving your hair at an additional cost of $60. Please send an email if you want the express option added.

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SERVICES. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED PICTURES OF YOUR WIG BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT TO YOU. IF BY ANY CHANCE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME, CHANGES CAN BE MADE BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT TO YOU. HOWEVER, IF YOU SATISFIED WITH RECEIVING & PAYMENT. ABSOLUTELY, NO ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE.

Shipping & Delivery

We use USPS Priority. We also use USPS to ship First Class. Our normal time to process and ship your order is 2-3 business days based on product availability. We view orders placed Friday on the next business day.

 

We are unable to ship on weekends and holidays which will extend order processing. Extended times may also occur during sale periods. We apologize for any inconvenience during these times and thank you for your understanding.

 

We provide an email shipment notification for every order. In most cases, tracking information can be used to monitor your shipment. *

 

We urge you to add optional services to help protect against lost orders, theft and damages during transit. At check-out, you have options to select signature confirmation (someone over 18 must be home to sign) and/or insurance (best way to recover damages). We are not responsible for delivery issues that may occur once the carrier accepts the package.

 

We DO ship INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY ADDRESSES. Please see shipping information listed under each item. International delivery can take 2-3 times longer than domestic shipping. We work diligently to get orders out quickly to help improve your delivery time.

 

We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes/VAT, or other related costs.

 

Please note that using USPS First Class International shipping method is not trackable on-line once it leaves the United States. This is a function of USPS software and outside our control. If you wish to track your order, please choose USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.

Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. Please edit your account details for corrections. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.

 

All wigs are customized and hand made for each individual. They are also made to order so please allow up to 1-2 weeks after consultation and receiving your hair to have your wig ready.
