 *Once the customer submits payment, order is submitted into production, modifications to the order MAY NOT be accepted. If you decide to cancel your order after production has began, your payment is non-refundable. Prior to finalizing your order, please contact me with all your questions and concerns.

 

* All orders are processed at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. If you order after 11:00AM, your order will be processed the following business day. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee for each item cancelled after processing time. There are no cancellations on sales or closeouts. Customers who cancel their order due to out of stock merchandise will not be charged a cancellation fee.

* All wigs are customized and hand made for each individual. They are also made to order so please allow up to 1-2 weeks after consultation and receiving your hair to have your wig ready. This estimated processing time does not include shipping time so please plan accordingly. If you want your wig ready quicker, please allow up to 3-5 days after consultation and receiving your hair at an additional cost of $60. Please send an email if you want the express option added.

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE SERVICES. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED PICTURES OF YOUR WIG BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT TO YOU. IF BY ANY CHANCE YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME, CHANGES CAN BE MADE BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT TO YOU. HOWEVER, IF YOU SATISFIED WITH RECEIVING & PAYMENT. ABSOLUTELY, NO ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE.
