We gladly accepts return of all eligible products. Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return. Eligible Products: In original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no odor or signs of wear or styling product).

All returns of product purchased must be returned within 15 days

In most cases your order will ship from one of our warehouses within 24 - 48hrs from the date we receive your order. This excludes holidays and weekends.  Your order should deliver within 1 to 7 business days. (The transit time begins from the first full business ship day after the package leaves our facility.)  PTB LLC does not assume responsibility for delays during deliveries out of our control such as weather and transportation with the shipping carrier.
