EXCHANGES / RETURNS - 'TWC EXCLUSIVE BRANDS'

• Your returned package must be postmarked within 30 days of the order date on the front of the invoice, unless otherwise stated.

 

• You must include the original invoice, with a reason code checked.

 

• It is NOT NECESSARY to call us before shipping your item(s).

 

• When you purchase a TWC Exclusive Brand item, if you are not satisfied with your color, size or style selections, you can exchange eligible items for NO EXCHANGE FEE.

 

• Your first exchange ships free. For additional exchanges, standard shipping/processing charges will apply.

 

• To be eligible for an exchange:
  • Items must be in original factory condition and in original packaging.
  
  
  • Items must be neither worn nor altered in any way,including the removal of tags or labels.
  
  
  • If cut, washed or exposed to odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume, the hairgoods will not be accepted for exchange.

• For your convenience when returning your item(s) use one of the pre-addressed labels provided within your original parcel received from The Wig Company:
  • Pre-addressed label located on front of the original invoice. 
    (NOTE:  Please insure your package at your mail center and retain the receipt.)
  
  
  • EZ LABEL provided within the parcel when the item(s)  arrived from The Wig Company Please affix EZ LABEL to return parcel and give to postal carrier.
    (NOTE:  You will be charged a return fee of $8.45 upon receipt of your return.)
• Allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

 

• Reimbursement for all TWC Exclusive brand items will be given by the original payment method.

 

• Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly bankcard statement.

In most cases your order will ship from one of our warehouses within 24 - 48hrs from the date we receive your order. This excludes holidays and weekends.  Your order should deliver within 1 to 7 business days. (The transit time begins from the first full business ship day after the package leaves our facility.)  PTB LLC does not assume responsibility for delays during deliveries out of our control such as weather and transportation with the shipping carrier.
